The Queen Street premises owned and occupied by Messrs. J. W. Wiseman and Sons, who are removing to the opposite side of Queen Street, were offered for sale by public auction yesterday afternoon byRichard Arthur, Ltd.. in conjunction with Mr. Neville Newcomb, at Mr. Newcor.ib's rooms in ~ His Majesty's Arcade.
