MASSACRE IN MANCHURIA.
CHINESE WIPE OUT VILLAGE.

Router. TOKIO, Nov. 15. Reports from Kirin. in Manchuria. state that Chinese troops, operating against bandits in the district east of the Chinese Eastern Railway, massacred the entire population of 300 in the village Shi Tang Kew, believing that they sympathised with the bandits.
