After the legal time of s quarantine had expired he, with a num-! ber of other passengers,' desired for par-! ticolar reasons to proceed to Sydney' by j train, but were refused permiasionr vet several Sydney passengers, and one who desired to see the Melbourne Cup. were allowed to land. This favouritism, merited searching inquiry. j
