DRUNKENNESS IN BRITAIN.
Owing to the return of longer drinking hours and increased strength of liquors, the arrests for drunkenness in England and Wales in 1919 totalled 67,848, compared with 29,075 arrests the previous year. Vide " A Blue Book." Cut out the liquor traffic.—(Advt.)
