NO SUGAR FOE TEA.

FAMINE IN CHRISTCHURCH

EFFECT UPON INDUSTRIES. PASTRYCOOKS' TROUBLES. ' [bt telegraph.—own cobbespohdbnt.] CHRISTCHUBCH. Wednesday. The acute scarcity of sugar has reached another stage.
