Saturday. : Ever since Mr. Justice Chapman gave his decision that racing and trotting clubs were liable for five years' income tax the matter has received much attention from those who have the management of the sport under their control. Strong protests have been made by individual clubs, but it was not until yesterday that any united protest of a formal nature was entered.
