SIR T. LIPTON'S YACHT.
A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. May 27. Sir Thomas Lipton's yacht, Shamrock IV., with which ho will contest the America Cup, has been launched from tho slip on which she was hauled on the outbreak of war, and is now being got ready for her trials preparatory to the cup series.
