A NEW SENSATION: THE TANK JOY-RIDE IN ENGLAND. A tank joy-ride syndicate was recently formed at Southend, England, fay a few ex-Tank Corps officers. The tanks have been adapted to carry 40 passengers, most of whom are accommodated on a specially constructed platform, although right, passengers are also tarried inside.
