The Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £5000 for tho period of thirty-six years and a-half. 3. It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the cost of raising the said Loan and the Interest on such Loan for the first year. 4. As security for the said Loan and the repayment thereof, to make and levy a Special Rate of One-halfpenny in tho £ on the. capital value of all ratable property in the Tokatoka Riding of the Climates, I Ccunty. 5.
