NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF DEBENTURES. INTENTION OF COMPANY TO REDEEM CERTAIN DEBENTURES NOW IN CIRCULATION. I On or about the IGth day of October. 1918, the above-named Company issued Forty (40) Mortgage Debentures of £250 each, numbered 1 to 40 (both inclusive), and Three Hundred v(300) of £100 each, numbered 41 to 340 (both inclusive), bearing interest at 6 per cent. i per annum (free of income tax), payable on the Ist day of May and on the Ist day of November in each year. The said Debentures were issued Payable to Bearer, and a censiderabie number of them are still in circulation. The Company is now desirous of redeeming all the Debentures of this issue, and it accordingly hereby gives public notice of its intention so to do, and of its intention to exercise the power conferred upon it by Clause 7 of the Conditions endorsed on the back of the said Debentures. In accordance with this Clause the principal moneys secured by the above Debentures, together with interest down to the date of payment, plus six calendar months' interest on such principal sum by way of bonus, will be paid to the holders of the said Debentures, or any of them, at the Office of the Now Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, at Hamilton, on or after the 20th day of May, 1920, on presentation of the said Debentures. which must be surrendered on payment, together with any coupons for , future interest.
