TURKEY AND THE TERMS.
MESSAGE OF DEFIANCE. A. and N.Z. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 13. It is reported that the Nationalist leader, Miutapha Kemal, has formed a Government at Angora, and has telegraphed to the Peace Conference declaring that any acceptance of the peace terms by the present Turkish delegation will be null and void.
