MONEY MARKET RECOVERS. A. and N.Z. f NEW YORK, May 13. The Tokio correspondent of the New York Times stales that the Stock, Exchange opened on Monday, and the.colton and silk markets on Friday. The Bank of Japan lent nearly £13,000,000 to tHe Stock Exchange corporations and fcugar merchants.: The bank increased credits to exchange banks by £25,000,000 since March 15. ' The call loan rate now is 7 1-3 per cent., having fallen from 12 per cent. ' .'
