ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE.
CONFERENCE WITH FRANCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 11.30 p.m.) PARIS. April 30. M. Millerand announced in the Senate that he had accepted the German proposal to exchange views. French and German economists would consider the renewal of more active commercial and industrial relations. The Senate unanimously applauded the announcement.
