ON FIRE WITH OIL CARGO. Router SAN FRANCISCO. April 30. The United States Shipping Board steamer West-ape, 5619 tons, loaded with gasolene, en rout* to the Orient, caucht fire and was beached and scuttled at Oakland, near San Francisco.
