ALLIES' RUSSIAN POLICY.
RESUMPTION OF TRADE. A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 30. Mr. Lloyd George announced in the House of Commons that the San Remo conference had practically reaffirmed the decision ci the Allies to open trade relations with Russia and in every way to facilitate sending peaceable materials to Russia, obtaining surplus foodstuffs and raw materials in exchange. The Allies wero determined not to accept M. Litvinoff an a member of the Soviet delegation in thin connection, owing to his abuse of privileges in the past.
