MISHAP TO WESTRALIA.
COURT CENSURES CAPTAIN. A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE, April 30. The Marine Court of Inquiry found the iharge against George Bates, master of the Westralia, of having recklessly or carelessly navigated the vessel, was sustained. In view of his pi. ions record and his behaviour, and also that of the crew after the ncrimwe, the Court decided not to deal with his certificate, but censured and cautioned him.
