CARRANZA REGIME TOTTERING. By Telesranh— Association— (Received 10.30 p.m.) Reuter NEW YORK, April 29. Advices from San Antonio, Now Mexico, state that the Cananza Government is tottering to a fall. Mexico City is in a state of panic. Colonel Enrique Bercedo, brother of Alfredo Bercedo, Governor of the Federal district of Mexico, has arrived from Mexico City. He has renounced General Carranza and has pledged himself to support Scnor Obrcgon, the leader of the insurrection. Ho declares that a revolution is in progress in 20 States. Mexico City is encircled by revolutionaries, and is completely cut off from the outside world. He expects that the entire country will soon revolt and that General Carranza will be compelled to resign. Auslriliin and N.Z. Cable Association. 10.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON. April M. The State Department learns that the Mexican Federal Garrison at Chihuahua, in the north of Mexico, revolted and joined the revolutionary movement in Sonora, which, it is understood, is obtaining the support of General Villa.
