[BY TELEGRAPH.— correspondent] TK AROHA. Fri.J..y. An audion sale was held to-day of th-> Chudleigh estate, the section? ranging in area from 70 to 130 acres. There was i large attendance, and eleven sections were sold. The top price was £38 per acre. Several suburban two-acre sections were also offered. Only one was sold, at £310.
