[BY TEL?XJBAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.} JVANGAJiUI, .Thursday The steamers Kap'ti and Invercargill are lying at the wharf, hut are not being i worked A call was made for volunteers from among the "casual*" to work the railway shed if the ships were worked, but- thera was not one volunteer. Consefluently the ships remain unloaded. This is rather a serious aspect for Wanganui, for it blocks the only channel whereby supplies might be renewed in the event of the strike being prolonged,
