GENERAL STRIKE DECLARE^. BLOODSHED AT LAIBACH. By Telegraph—Press Association— (Received 12.30 a.m.) United Service. BELGRADE, April 28. Strikers demonstrating at Laibach defied the police. Fighting followed, and 10 -were killed. - A general strike has been proclaimed.
