FEW SUBURBAN TRAINS.

The trains ran to schedule time last night, but at the end of the shifts the engines wero run into the sheds, the fires drawn, and the engines left. The Main Trunk train arrived this morning throquarters of an hour late owing to stops having been made to pick up suburban traffic. Only one train left Lanjbton to deal with the suburban traffic on the Hut* line this, morning. It carried workers to the meat works at Ngahanranga and Petone and to the Petone workshops. Outside Petone the train was delayed for a quarter of an hour by signals, but was then allowed to proceed.
