MR. D. LEVY APPOINTED. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. April 28 Parliament has .opened. The Government proposal to re-elect Mr. D. Levy to the Speakership aroused a storm of protest. After a lively debate Mr. Levy was elected. ''" Mr. Levy has resigned from membership of the National Party, owing to attacks made in yesterday's debate.
