JAPANESE IN SIBERIA.
DISARMING THE RUSSIANS. NEW DEMANDS MADE. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Reed. 1.5 a.m.) NEW YORK. April 27. The correspondent of the New York Times at Vladisvostok states that the Japanese command there has made new demands upon the Provisional Government to the effect that Russian armed ; forces must evacuate a thirty kilometre zone wherever Japanese troops are stationed. These demands virtually mean i the liquidation of Russian armed forces in | Far Eastern Siberia.
