BANKRUPTCY AVERTED. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. 'Reel 11.15 p.m.) BERLIN, April 28. Dr. Wirth. speaking in the National Assembly, said that Germany a year ago was on the verge of bankruptcy. The danger had now passed, tne new system of taxation giving satisfactory results.
