" Conversations between British and Afghan delegates at Mussoree have been temporarily suspended to enable the principals to consult their Governments. Meanwhile there have been several Afghan raids on the frontier from '.'hitral to Quetta. It is reported that the Afghans are suspected of playing a game of bluff. It is believed that thf? Bolsheviks are behind them.
