GERMANY'S ARMY.
CONCESSION EXPECTED. United Service. ' LONDON, April' 26. It is reported that the Allies have decided to allow Germany an army jf 160,000, should the necessity for it be proved, further concessions to be dependent upon the Reichwehr's complete evacuation of the Ruhr.
