RESERVATIONS BY PRESIDENT Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Reed. 10.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON. April 27. It is understood that Mr. Wilson intends to return the Versailles Treaty to the Senate during the summer. ft is also understood that Mr. Wilson intends to transmit reservations of his own.
