JAPAN IN SIBERIA.
CHARGES OF AGGRESSION. BUILDING WALL OF BAYONETS. (Received 8.45 p.m.) Renter. VLADIVOSTOK, April 19. The local press hotly denies the Japanese reports that the Japanese attacks on Vladivostok, Nikolsk, and Khabarovsk were the result of unprovoked Russian attacks on Japanese patrols. The papers declare that the Japanese attacks were made simultaneously. The leading journal 1 says that the Japanese regard the Russian; as merely dog-meat. Their real object is to seize Eastern Siberia and surround Korea and Manchuria with a wall of i bayonets.
