SAWMILLING DISPUTE.

ACTION IN SUPREME COURT. Further evidence was heard by Mr. Justice Sim at the Supreme Court yesterday in the action between the Waimiha Sawmilline Company, Limited, and G. T. C. Howe, settler, of Waimiha. The case concerns an alleged unlawful and wrongful determination of an -agreement between the parties, whereby the defendant granted the plaintiff company buehielling and tramway rights over a certain portion of his property.
