MR. WRAGGE'S FORECAST. The following weather, forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 7.30 p.m. yesterday:—" The new disturbance named Dishan, which yielded 0.30 in of rain at i>irkenhead, is row in the vicinity of Poverty Bay. It appears to be travelling rapidly, and the barometer is rising in its rear. Thus a renewal of fair weather is now likely, with winds from between west-south-west and south-south-west."
