♦ A SHAKESPERE RELIC. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 12-30 *.m.) LONDOTT, Dec. 18. A copy of the original edition of Shakespere's "Venus and Adonis" and "The Passionate Pilgrim" were sold by auction at Southebys for £15,100 sterling. This is a record price for a book. The purchaser is Mr. Huntington, an American.
