A HINT ABOUT ICE.
A very handy thing to possess is an ice bag, made of some woollen material in two parts with a space of about a couple ofinches between the portions. Stuff this space with any odd feathers rattier tightly. Break the ice up into chips of moderate size, and then place them in the bag. _ If the bae; be hung in some shady position the ice will keep, even in the hottest weather, for several days without melting.
