ORDER FOR POSSESSION.
An application for a., order for posses- I sion nt a house at Narrow Neck came be- ! fore Mr. Justice Hosking at the Supreme j Court yesterday. The plaintiff was Harry | Stephen Winfchrop (Mr. Alexander) and the defendant'Hans l'etcr Mortettsen 'Mr. Indcr). The plaintiff stated that he' exi hanged a farm at Henderson with the defendant, in August last for a house at Narrow Neck. The defendant obtained ' possession of the farm on August 27, but | tailed to give plaintiff possession of the ; house, which was Mill o< copied by defeu- \ dimi.'s fanuly. Plaintiff and Irs family j had been seriously inconvenienced through | being unable to obtain oossession of the I house.
