CALLED TO ORDER. ' . LONDON, Dec. 3. Lady Astor inadvertently transgressed a small rule of procedure in th© House of Commons by chatting with a fellowmember in the* middle of the floor between the Speaker's chair and the bar of the House. The Speaker twice called "Order, order," before. Lady Astor realised her misdemeanour, and hurriedly skipped inside the bar and continued her conversation.
In the House of Commons to-day Lady Astor recorded the first vote by a British woman in Parliament. Her vote was against the British Government on the question of issuing premium bonds' for a lottery loan.
