A WORD OF ADVICE TO THE USERS OF DR. MORSE'S INDIAN ROOT PILLS. To the many thousands of people who are daily using Dr. Mode's Indian Root Pills, it might not be amiss to suggest certain precautions in view of the danger of the Influenza epidemic which has again made its appearance in New Zealand. The one thing of paramount importance is to keep the system in proper working order so that no germs get a chance to start incubation. There is nothing better sold for this purpose than Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills. They are a searching, cleansing remedy, but their action, though mild and gentle, is thoroughly effective. Petroleum Oils, Salts, Tonics, and other so-called remedies are of little use to cleanse the system and keep these germs in clieck, in fact they will have a tendency to aggravate an already deranged gastric condition. At such a time it behoves each, individual to keep a close watch on himself to maintain their usual standard of health. A dose of Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills two or three times a week, or one or two pills each night is advised ; it would also be advisable to take from 5 to 10 grains of Aspirin two or three times daily if feeing out of sorts, or 10 grains of Quinine on retiring at night at the same time us the pills are taken. A common cold can usually be broken up if either Quinine or Aspirin is taken with Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills as directed on ' the first indication. Should, however, an attack of Influenza develop, lose no time in sending for the family doctor, and go to bed at . once. This is the best advice that can be given. Don't try to doctor vourself. If you have the real Influenza your digestion will In- ;i wreck, your head, legs and back will aclie, and your heart action will be affected, and yon will have a temperature. These conditions need the attention of a skilled medical attendant. He may continue the treatement indicated above" or ho may not. hut it will only he. safe for the person affected to at once go to bed when the first definite influenza symptoms appear and place yourself wholly and unreservedly in thft doctor's care.
