FINE OF £20 IMPOSED. [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT.^ TA RAN G A-» &a»t*u relay. At the Magistrate's Court E. L Cartier, a prohibited person, was charged with supplying a five gallon keg of beer to natives for consumption off licensed premises. He was fined £20 and costs 7s. Two charges of procuring liquor while prohibited were also preferred against Cartier and fines totalling £3 and costs 14s were imposed.
