PEACE WITH HUNGARY.
m NEGOTIATIONS TO OPEN. DELAYED *BY DISSENSIONS. A. and N.Z. PARIS, Dec. 1. The Supreme Council has decided to open peace pourparlers with Hungary, which have been previously delayed through the failure of the Hungarian Government to secure stability in the republic. BELA KUN'S REGIME. TRIAL OF TERRORISTS. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Dec. 1. The Buda Pesth correspondent of the Daily Express states that the trial of Bela Kun's terrorists has commenced, and will last for several weeks, so many charges of murder and torture having to be heard. Two terrorists turned King's evidence, and detailed how three comrades, Eserny, Schon, and Groo, were sent on a special mission of killing and torturing. One witness gave evidence that he dug his own grave, and was shot at Eserny's orders, but the firing party did not trouble to throw in the earth. Later he recovered consciousness and crawled away. Bela Kun once ordered Eserny to kill Josef Pogany, a Commissary of War, but Eserny refused and asked why. Bela Kun replied airily i "Oh, ho is not radical enough."
