DELAYED AT GREYMOUTH. EIGHT VESSELS CONCERNED. [BY TELEGRAPH. ASSOCIATION.] GREYMOUTH, Tuesday. There is still a great congregation of shipping in the port, no fewer than eight steamers being unable to get away owing to shoaling on the bar, due to heavy westerlies.
