Yusuf Wahba Pasha, late Minister for Finance, has accepted the Premiership rendered vacant by the resignation of Mohammed Said Pasha. (Received 630 p.m.) Times. LONDON, Nov. 24 (delayed). Addressing the three leaders of the Zaghlul party, whose arrest has since been reported, Lord Allenby ordered two to return to their country homes and the third to remain in Cairo and avoid agitation. Lord Allenby added that he was determined not to tolerate interference in the administration of the country. Two native newspapers have been suspended.
