MURRAY'S BAY ESTATE. Sections in the Murray's Bay Estate beyond Muiord Beach, Ta*upuna, were offered at auction last evening by Samuel Vaile and ! Co., Ltd. About 100 persons attended the I salo, and the bidding was fairly brisk. Lots J at the north-eastern end of the estate, close ] to the beach, were quitted at prices ranging i from £100 and £105 for lr lOp, £123 for 1 Ilr 32p, £105 for lr 6p. £122 10s for lr 16p; j and further from the beach there was £61 j for lr 6.3p, and £51 for lr 4.7 p. In the ex- | treme north of the property, lr 12p and I lr 6p brought £55 each, and lr 6p £39.
