— A PROPOSITION DECLINED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 25. Felton has rejected Mr. H. D. Mcintosh's proposition in regard to a race against Barry. According to a cable message published yesterday Mr. H. D. Mcintosh offered to pay first-class fares for Barry and Felton to Australia, and also to provide £1000 for a match on the Parramatta, the winner receiving £750, and the winner to row Paddon within two months.
