*». ; SYLVIA REEFS. l i 1 LIQUIDATION COMPLETED. 5 A meeting of shareholders in the Sylvia 3 Reefs, Ltd.. was held yesterday afternoon at the office of Mr. C. A. Stubbs-, one of I i the liquidators, to receive a report regard- , ' ing the liquidation of the company. Mr. 1. „ I Duthie presided, the attendance being small. The second liquidator. Mr. P. N. Kings- ! well stated that the company's mine and ' plant had been sold to Mr. H. H. Adams ' for £2000. Though the amount was not ' large it was considered to be racif than * would have been obtained had the battery been dismantled and removed to Thames for L sale, taking into consideration the sum it would have cost to do so. After paying j all expenses, and distributing among the , shareholders £1066 13s Bd, there was a, i small balance in hand, of .about £6. 5 The action of the joint liquidators in ais- : posing of the property as reported was approved The balance in hand was voted 1 to Mr. Stubbe for secretarial services. It was mentioned by the chairman that ' a new company was being floated in tugland to ta-k© up'the mine.
