AN INSANITARY SCHOOL.

COMPLAINT BY COMMITTEE. [BY TELEGBAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] INVERCARGLLL, Saturday. A complaint was made to the Education Board yesterday that the Athol School was over forty years old and was insanitary and cold. The chairman of the School Committee declared that the school got the sun for two hours a day in thu summer, but not ac ail in the winter. It was stated that on some davs the children cried with the cold, the temperature at times being below zero. Medical men had suggested that the conditions at the nchool were conducive* to the spread of sickness.
