Ihe army maintained, by Bulgana must not be larger than -50,000 men. Bulgaria is guaranteed an economic outlet to the iEgean Sea. LOSS OF TERRITORY. DOBRUDJA FOR ROUMANIA. A ' lid N.Z. LONDON. Sept. 18. According to the terms of the peace treaty, the southern boundary of Bulgaria will follow the line o, the Rhodope Mountains, but an economic outlet to the Sea is secured for Bulgaria under protection of the League of Nations. The Roumanian frontier will remain as defined in the Bucharest treaty of 19m. Servia secures some Bulgarian terS° A„ m the Strum region. Ihe Allies have annulled, in favour of Bulgaria, her debt of 2,500,000.000 francs, which Germany relinquished to the Allies under the Versailles Treaty.
