ESTHONIA'S DESIRE.
PEACE WITH INDEPENDENCE. A. and N.Z. HELSINGFORS, Sept. 17. M. Hanko, Esthonian Minister in Finland, says that the Esthonians are tired of war and are anxious to know the Soviet Government"'s peace terms, but there is no certainty that these will result in peace. The spirit of the Esthonians is good and they are ready for any sacrifice for their country's independence.
