CHANGES IMMINENT. OPINION IN PARIS, , ; Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed- 8 p.m.) . PARIS. Sept. 17. The Echo de Paris states that the present Supreme Council of the heads of the allied Governments with power to decide all questions discussed will shortly cease. ■ ADJOURNING SINE DIE, UNFINISHED TASKS. Times. PARIS. Sept. 17. The Peace Council, in its present form, will adjourn sine die in 10 days' time. The press calls attention to the long list of unfinished matters, including peace with Bulgaria and Hungary, the problem of German and Polish conflicts, the status of the Baltic countries, the relations between the Allies and Russia, the fate of Turkey, and financial solidarity between the Allies.
