CREAM OF TARTAR.
Clover Cream is better than cream of tartar for cakes, scones, pastry, and biscuits. Used in exactly same proportions as best 100 per cent, cream of tartar, viz., mix carefully 10oa clover cream and 4iofc H-carb. soda.
