SITUATION IN HUNGARY.
NEW SEAT OF GOVERNMENT. BUDA PESTH ABANDONED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rood. 11.30 p.m.) BUDA PESTH, Sept. 16. The Friedrich Cabinet intends to make Stuhlweissenburg the seat of government and meeting place of the Hungarian National Assembly owing to the occupation of Buda Pesth by foreign troops. ROUMANIA'S INTENTSONS. UNEASINESS AT PARISRouter. PARIS. Sept. 16. The situation in Hungary is causing uneasiness in Peace Conference circles, in consequence of the reported intention of the Roumanian troops to leave the country hurriedly. The Roumanians intend to dissolve the military police force, exposing Hungary to grave risk of disorders. The conference requested Roumania to leave a force sufficient to maintain order pending reorganisation of the forces. The conference will hold Roumsnia responsible if she declines and disorders occur, as extremists are awaiting the opportunity to again throw the country into a state of chaos.
