MACHINERY FOR ROAD-MAKING. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.]
TE AKOHA, Monday The Piako County Council to-day decided to expend £5400 on road-making machinery, including two dump trucks, M n S t Cfier ' and ■? ader - This decision follows the recent visit of the committee to Taranaki to inspect the methods of road-making in that province.
