WELCOME AS MEMBER* (Received 5.6 p.m.) United Service. NEW YORK, Aug. 7. Fifty Chinese have joined the Sinn Fein movement, becoming members of the Friends of Irish Freedom Society. The chairman, in welcoming the Chinese members, said that every nation was rallying to the Irish fight for independence.
